Finally, I have received some confirmed information.

There will be a DOTA 6.12b compy at Funan tomorrow.

It's organise by a new cyber cafe located on the fifth floor of Funan. Interested gamers, please proceed down to Funan by 11am tomorrow and register your team at the cyber cafe.

Some rules information I have on hand are:
All Pick Mode.
"Fastest finger wins" heroes selection.
No Pooling and Passing of Items.
Can substitute in 1 reserve player.
