Are We Ready for a Big DOTA 6.XX event?

WCG 2005 Singapore Final has been over for some time already. The 5.84C tournament scene is also in it's lull period except for one HQ event that's upcoming in this month.

Currently, other than a mini event held 2 months ago for 6.12B in Funan and also WCG 2005 Singapore's 6.12b side event, there isn't any event with 6.XX till now.

So is now the good time to have some real competitive 6.XX tournament? What will be appropriate rules and regulations needed for it?

Let's maybe heard some view form you guys out there. Feel free to flood our comment sections and forums.
